Many of you know that I have been applying to PhD programs this semester. I am happy to report that I have accepted a spot in the University of Louisiana Lafayette PhD program in Creative Writing. I will start my doctoral work this fall. It is looking like four more years of school until I am finished. I am excited to get started on this degree.
This is all to say that I have successfully completed my MFA/MA program at McNeese. A few more loose ends to finish up and then graduation. It has been a crazy three years.
